This kitchen featured beautifully crafted antique wood cabinetry with traditional detailing and solid construction. However, years of use had left the finish worn and uneven, concealing the wood's natural beauty. The goal of this project was to preserve the character of the cabinetry while preparing it for a complete professional restoration.
All cabinets, drawers, and surfaces were carefully protected and prepared before the restoration work began. The original finishes were cleaned, sanded, and treated to ensure proper adhesion of new coatings. Special attention was given to maintaining the original craftsmanship and architectural details of the antique cabinetry.
The finished result reveals a refreshed and elegant kitchen while maintaining its historic charm. The cabinetry now features a beautifully restored finish that highlights the natural wood grain and timeless design, giving the entire space a renewed, sophisticated appearance while preserving its antique character.
